Digitala Lagkassan Client project

Digitala Lagkassan is a digital team wallet that helps sports clubs handle their finances in one place, from team fees and payments to sponsorships. The service makes club economy simpler for both leaders and members, but their website was outdated and didn’t show the product’s value clearly enough to new clubs.

Their goal was to increase their conversion rate by replacing the old website with one that was clearer and more interactive. We worked closely with the client through weekly meetings, presenting ideas, collecting feedback and developing the site step by step. The aim was to make the product feel trustworthy, easy to understand and easy to choose, so more visitors would go from browsing to signing up.

What we made

The landing page started as a prototype in Figma, where we shaped the structure and visual direction together with the client. It walks visitors through the product, from a hero section with the app in a phone mockup to features, pricing, testimonials and FAQ, answering the questions a club leader would have in the order they would have them.

Once the design was approved, we took it from prototype to a fully built website. On top of the static design, I added motion and animations to make the page feel alive and guide the visitor’s attention through the content.

To show the product in action, I also created a series of product videos from screen recordings of the app on both mobile and desktop. I edited them into a consistent visual style with a dark background, smooth transitions, blur effects between scenes and focused zooms, so each video shows one feature clearly, like the team page, QR codes and the sponsorship feature.

My role

As motion and graphic designer, I was involved from the first stages to the last. I started by creating the wireframes that set the structure of the page, then helped develop them into the full Figma prototype, and finally turned the design into a working website with motion. Following the project all the way through meant I could make sure the motion felt as clean and consistent as the rest of the identity, so the website and the videos feel like one brand.

Takeaway

Working with Digitala Lagkassan taught me how much motion can do for a digital product. Taking a design from a static prototype to a living website showed me that the way something moves is just as much a part of the brand as the way it looks.
